Return Policy
🐀Return Conditions:
- 1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- 2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and tags.
- 3. Custom items are not eligible for return.
⏳ Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team by emailing service@lifevchome.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return. *Please include photos if the product is damaged.
2. Once you receive a response from service@lifevchome.com, promptly send the product to the warehouse address we provide. *Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns without prior approval from customer service.
3. After we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process the return.
4. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear in your account.
▪️ We do not offer exchanges. To request an exchange, please follow the return process and indicate that you wish to exchange the item.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:

📦 Unclaimed or Non-Eligible Returns:
- ▪️ If we receive a returned item that does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you via email.
- ▪️ You have 14 days to respond. If no response is received, the item will be processed or donated.
- *Please note, we do not accept returns after 30 days. If an item is returned after the 30-day period, we may have to return it to your default shipping address and require you to pay for the shipping costs.
💰 Return Shipping Costs Policy
If you need to return a product that is not defective or damaged, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. We do not cover these fees. However, if the return is due to a quality issue (such as a defective or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
☄️ Delivery Delays Due to Weather or Mechanical Issues:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays due to adverse weather or mechanical issues.
You have two options:
1. Return the package for a full refund.
2. Keep the product, and we will refund 15% of the product cost.
